Eligibility for Refunds

Service Not Rendered:- If a booked service is not provided due to our inability to fulfill the appointment or cancellation by AlwaysLooks, you are eligible for a full refund.
Unsatisfactory Service:- If the service provided does not meet the agreed-upon standards or scope discussed at the time of booking, you may request a refund. This is subject to an assessment by our team to verify the claim.
Duplicate or Erroneous Payment:- We will refund the excess or erroneous amount if you have been charged multiple times for the same service or in error.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
No-Show or Customer Cancellation:- If you fail to be present at the scheduled time or cancel the service less than 24 hours before the appointment, no refund will be provided.
Service Completed as Agreed:- If the service is completed according to the agreed terms and standards and no valid issues are reported, a refund will not be applicable.
Change of Mind:- You will not be able to receive a refund if you change your mind after the service has been scheduled or completed.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Partial Refunds
In cases where the service was partially completed, or specific issues were identified, AlwaysLooks may offer a partial refund at our discretion. This will be determined after a thorough review of the service provided.
Cancellations by AlwaysLooks
If AlwaysLooks cancels a service due to unforeseen circumstances, such as technician unavailability or other operational issues, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued within seven business days.
